Onsite Participation
The conference fee includes the pre-conference, all conference meals (including dinners), and study visits
- Normal onsite participant: 7000 SEK (8750 SEK incl. VAT)
- Reduced onsite participant applies to speakers, organizing committees, and others. Application available in the registration form.
Student
- Free student ticket (sponsored): All students interested in attending the conference are encouraged to apply for a free student ticket in the first instance. Application is available here free student ticket.
- Student fee (self-funded): 2000 SEK (2500 SEK incl. VAT) if the student prefers to pay or if free tickets are not available.
For exhibitors
- Exhibition space fee depends on size. Please find details here for exhibitors.
- Exhibition staff with limited conference access: 500 SEK per day (625 SEK incl. VAT). Please find more information here for exhibitors.

Payment details
The fee is paid either by invoice or by bank transfer (postal giro). If this is not possible, on-site payment by credit card in Oskarshamn is also available. The preferred payment option can be selected in the registration form.
