Exhibition opportunities

We warmly invite your company or service provider to showcase your technology or services at the exhibition held at the Forum Conference Center. The conference program is designed to provide excellent opportunities for interaction and networking with participants.

The exhibition will be open from 17:00 on Monday, September 28, until Wednesday evening, September 30. 

Fee for exhibition space:

• ”Standard” 2.5 m wide: 8500 SEK (10625 SEK incl. VAT).
• ”Large”  3.5 m wide: 10000 SEK (12500 SEK incl. VAT).
• Reduced fee for exhibition space applies to speakers, organizing committees, and others. Application available in the registration form.
• For even larger spaces: Fees by agreement. Please contact cetconferenceoskarshamn@oskarshamn.se. 

In the registration form, you are asked to provide a contact person and specify the space required for your exhibition. Each exhibition space includes a table, two chairs, and an electrical outlet. You will also need to upload your organisation’s logo, which will be displayed on the website.

If you want to staff your booth with individuals who are not otherwise participating in the conference, they may be registered at a reduced fee.

Fee for exhibition staff:

500 SEK per day (625 SEK incl. VAT) 

Included in the exhibition staff fee (depending on the day of attendance):

• September 28: Pre-conference meal and mingling
• September 29 and 30: Lunch, coffee breaks and access to conference sessions via screen in the exhibition area

Not included in the exhibition staff fee

• Access to the lecture hall
• Conference dinners
• Study visits

If you wish to participate in all conference activities, please register under the “Normal Fee” category instead.

In the registration form, you should select the days you plan to attend. If several staff members are planning to attend the exhibition hall, each should fill out a registration form.
